Davenports is a trusted building, landscaping and stonemasonry company based in Stroud and working across the Cotswolds, including Painswick, Sheepscombe and surrounding villages. Led by director Mike Davenport, we are a skilled and dedicated team with a clear focus on craftsmanship, detail and long-lasting quality.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mike began his career studying Landscape Construction and Design at Merrist Wood College in Surrey before building Davenports into a respected name for building, landscaping and stonemasonry in the Cotswolds. Today, we work across heritage, period and contemporary properties, combining traditional craft with modern construction methods to deliver high standards on every project.

Our work includes building works, property renovations, heritage stonework, bespoke stonemasonry and carefully designed outdoor spaces. From listed property restoration and period extensions to natural stone features, garden structures and full landscape transformations, we deliver projects that are designed to sit naturally within the property and its setting.
